How to get a ticket

I have a problem but have no idea how to report it! Can someone from the company help me?

I've never used either, but I think there are two ways that both do the same thing: you can either e-mail support@artiphon.com, which was the old system, or now you can use the New Support Ticket form in the bar above with the plus-sign. Not sure which is better, if either; someone from Artiphon may be able to recommend which is preferred. For belt & braces you could do both, of course.

I'd love a phone number. The problems with shipping have been a little complex, and I fear the package has sitting at the wrong address for a little too long now.
