Bluetooth pairing failed.

Ordered ORBA yesterday and connected to my MacBook via cable and it worked fine. Also updated the firmware. But no luck with bluetooth. Tried every single thing mentioned on the website and even on this discussion forum. It doesn't get paired on both iPad pro and iPhone SE 2. Restarted several times. Turned on bluetooth and location. Still it doesn't show up on the orba app bluetooth pairing list. Please help...

For anyone else having this issue, we've previously had issues before where bluetooth failed due to a firmware error.  Let's try reinstalling your firmware.  First make sure you are using the most updated app version on your computer, then do the following:

  1. Reconnect Orba to your Mac or Windows computer via the included USB-C cable

  2. Open the Orba desktop app and go to the settings page

  3. Hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking on the update cloud
