I had a similar problem. It eventually connected to my Mac book via usb, but now I can't get a bluetooth connection on any of my devices.

I am unable to connect via bluetooth either, though I just read that I need to disconnect all other devices that are on bluetooth before trying. I’ll give that a try… waiting on Artiphon support to reply to my ticket on January 2.

My Orba 2 is frozen with all lights on and I am unable to turn off. I am attempting to connect to my laptop with the USB and it is not connecting.
