Please turn your INSTRUMENT 1 off and on and close and reopen the Artiphon app. If the issue continues, please restore the firmware. In the INSTRUMENT 1 Editor, select the Help tab, then choose Restore INSTRUMENT 1 firmware. This can also be done in the Artiphon App by tapping the A in the upper right, launch firmware updater, and re-install the latest firmware version.
