Though we do our best to accommodate changes to your orders, we prioritize sending shipments out as quickly as possible. We may be able to update your order if you message us within three hours of checking out, and it’s during business hours.
However, in most situations, we will be unable to make any updates to an order once it has been placed. This includes changing order contents, updating shipping addresses, or canceling an order outright. We do offer prepaid, 30-day returns once your shipment has been delivered. Orders returned within this window will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
