Updating your firmware should be as simple as:
- Opening the Artiphon Connect app
- Connecting yourt instrument with the included USB-C cable.
- Go to the Settings page (click the top-right gear)
- Click "Firmware Update Available"
If the above steps don't work, here are two troubleshooting tips:
- Firmware updates require an internet connection.
- If you are on a macOS, you must accept privacy permissions. Chorda will automatically request these permissions when opening the app. If you initially deny these
permissions and wish to enable them, you can do so by going into your Mac’s Security
and privacy settings.
