Hi! I have a problem where the "strum function" doesn't work. The actual strum pads work physically, because in other modes I can use the strummer and they sound and show that midi is coming into my DAW. So physically every function works. I restored the firmware successfully and the problem still persists. The guitar function is the only one i like to use, and for some reason, in guitar mode, the instrument is just dead. No midi coming in, nothing. But as soon as i switch to piano or any other preset then the strummer DO send midi info and work fine.
I don't know what else to try, please help I have a show next wednesday and there's no way for me to acquire another one by then.
