Bad drum button

I received mine two days ago. The "drums" button worked once and is now inoperable. Had anyone else had issues with a new purchase. I've been following Artiphon casually since the beginning and I'm very disappointed. I don't know whether to exchange it or just return it and find a different product.

I would contact the company for an exchange… I had a bad Orba and it was replaced with no issues.

Thanks for the reply. We're working on getting it returned and exchanged. I really want it to work. I'm retiring this year and I need a creative outlet for myself besides TV and eating
