Check to see if you have any Windows updates waiting to be installed. Then make sure your drivers for that port are up to date. You can do that from your Device Manager (see image). If the issue persists, open a support ticket and we'll go from there.

In my device manager of win10 I get this conflicting message in device status saying (this device cannot start (code 10) The I/O device is configured incorrectly or the configuration parameters to the driver are incorrect.) Please help me to solve this so I can use it with my laptop running win10. Kind regards.
