This is possible with this.

I wrote a utility and you can use it to create any custom chord or scale. It is located here:

Maybe it doesn't work in the US? It just brings me to a page that is not available.

Yes, website is active, just select your scale and you will see chords and lead tones

Is this website active? It didn't work for me. Very cool idea! I'd love to be able to edit the individual scales, notes, and chords on each instrument.
