Linux build of the Instrument 1 Editor, works on Steam Deck

I managed to create a linux build of the Instrument 1 Editor from the files in the Windows version. The Instrument 1 Editor is an electron app. It runs on Steam Deck (from desktop mode launch and run `artiphon-editor`)
