I want to use my instrument to sound different pitches than
the normal Western Chromatic Scale.
Can Instrument 1 note-pitch be changed by specifying
either FREQUENCY (e.g., 329.63 Hz) or CENTS (1 CENT = 1/100 of a semitone e.g.,
Low E = -12 cents)? This is the way musical instrument pitches are
designated.
