Thanks for the quick response. I followed the procedure you outlined but keep getting an error during the firmware update. I tried 10 or 12 times with no luck. Any idea on what might be causing it?
Sometimes it is necessary to close the app and power down Orba before trying it again. If there is still a problem a problem, please contact support@artiphon.com.

I am using a MacBook with macIOS 10.13.6. I downloaded the app, when I plug Orba in the app crashes, any idea why?
