The Cartridge chord doesn't record properly. The rest of Cartridge works fine, and when I try other presets in chord they work fine, but with Cartridge, it skips some of the notes played--seemingly at random. It worked for me a couple days ago.
I tried plugging it in and recording through the computer and switching between different presets. When I tried to delete the preset and reinstall it, I'm not able to click on the "trash" symbol, it's greyed out.
Any help would be appreciated! Let me know if I need to make a video to show you what I mean.
